RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund. Return authorizations must be requested within 7 days of receipt and must be received back to us within 10 days of the return authorization approval date. Photos may be requested for damaged items.

All returns must include a return authorization number. See below for instructions on how to receive a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. All merchandise returned must be unused and in original packaging.

* We highly recommend you insure your parcel and adequately protect the product during shipment. In the case of a lost package, Night Space requires tracking information with proof of delivery and is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of product lost or damaged during shipment.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.

In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on www.shopnightspace.com. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate.

 

WEB RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

  1. To process a return, please email us at returns@shopnightspace.com for a Return Authorization number.  All requests for RA numbers must be made via email, no RA numbers will be available via telephone.

  2. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.

  3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

  4. Address the package to:

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via UPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and size of the order.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Night Space is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. If you would like to waive our signature upon delivery requirement, please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
